I love the entire house. The only thing I might change is to put the washroom downstairs. And possibly put a door to close the basement off from the rest of the house. I love the idea of the basement having no windows because during a bad storm that's your safe space.

The exterior and the main level are beautiful. Lower level is a problem because there are no windows in the bedrooms. If this was built in the US, most areas have building regulations that call for windows in basement bedrooms to allow for additional means of egress in emergencies. I'd also lose the bathtub in the bathroom on the lower level because it takes up too much space.

How would one get natural lighting into the basement? Magnificent home but not so magnificent for those downstairs if there’s a power outage. I really like this home for many reasons. The exterior does not give any hint of the size of this home.

There must be skylights windows that can be opened in each of the basement rooms. This is mandatory. The bay window in the living room would have to go and instead there could be a pretty balcony with two windows and a balcony door in the middle. The furniture and doors would have to be white, the walls, ceiling and floor could stay as they are. Otherwise a very pretty house.

Really cool design. I’d have a WFP. Electric ones are cheesy. Overboard with the tubs in every bathroom. You step out of the shower and almost fall into the bath. Great textiles, decor (for the most part). Furniture is cozy. I’d jazz up the walls with pops of colorful paint/wallpaper:too gloomy. You might hurt some “fewwings” by having Trump on the TV, but I say WELL DONE! Buncha cry babies. Daddy’s home and they are flipping OUT! WE THE PEOPLE voted and WON! Deal with it.

Très belle maison à l'architecture originale. La décoration est très bien mais j'aurais préféré un peu de couleurs pour trancher un peu de toutes ces nuances de brun quon a un peu partout. Des coussins ou bibelots rouges ou autres couleurs pour un peu de peps dans les pièces aurait égayé. Le sous sol est également bien aménagé mais aucune fenêtre nulle part. C'est dommage car cela gâche un peu le côté original du rdc. La baie vitrée du salon aurait pu peut-être être plus grande/basse de façon à voir davantage l'extérieur. Non seulement vous tournez le dos à la baie vitrée mais en plus, vous ne voyez pas grand chose de la nature. On étouffe finalement. Alors que dans la cuisine, on peut très bien profiter de la vue. D'ailleurs, un coin repas autre que dans la cuisine aurait était nécessaire. Les chambres sont assez grandes mais les baignoires trop imposantes par contre. Beau projet mais a revoir. 😊

Мне бы и в страшном сне такой дом не приснился...скошеный потолок вреден для психики-это доказано,спальни без окон-тюрьма,окна-не пойми,какие.. жуть...на кухне,если подойдешь к раковине,треснешься головой,т.к.полки низко.кладовка,вроде,удобная,вот только,когда готовишь,нужно,чтобы все было под рукой,а тут придется бегать туда-сюда то за солью,то за перцем,то за макаронами...все дорого-богато,вот только,жуть,как бестолково!кто ж такое придумал😂😂😂😂😂жить в этом доме нельзя😢
