Whoa! The fireplace is the center piece of this home. Every room revolves around it! The master bedroom is so freaking gorgeous! It's like a romantic getaway of its own. And that bathroom. Oh wow! A couple would love the view as they take a bath together. This is sweet! My gf and I would really love this home. Great job and thanks! :D

I really love the overall design & all the wide open space with a fireplace being a central point, where can be seen by all from multiple angles. The dancing couple💃🕺 on the wall is a wonderfully accent (it even looks like it lights up). I really love the closed off laundry room (it looks like the houses that are being shown do not have basements). And everything on one floor makes for easy access for anyone's level of mobility. The only thing missing is a DISHWASHER & and there is room for it in the kitchen. A dishwasher is a MUST HAVE...

I think the dishwasher is in the island, next to the stools. (There are some dishes on top of it.) I remember thinking it's an odd place for the dishwasher.

Looks great but where do the cars go? And since there is no garage, where does the mower and all the yard tools and bicycles, trash can, recycle bins and all the other thousands of things we never use but also never throw out and wind up stashing in the garage.

The entrance should be into the main living area, with an entry way taking up a portion of the deck. The entrance to the laundry room should be in the hallway, opposite the bathroom door. The dining room should be where the grand piano is located. The area where the dining room is could be a music area, or more intimate seating area, even an office area. Put a real wall on that master bathroom

An interesting design, but I'd have to make some revisions if I were to live there. I don't need a place for my grand piano, though a pool table would fit there. ;-) The living areas are oversized, and I'd want to give the secondary bedroom wing some of that square footage. The kitchen counter space is too limited, and I'd never put the cooktop in an island. The laundry room should be accessed from the bedroom hallway, and the glass-walled master bath would not be a popular choice.

This is a beautiful design.... however, are there any couples out there, that would LIKE an insuite master bath, that you can see inside of the bathroom.... FROM the bed? You know, for a romantic evening.... maybe!? But for everyday privacy, like... when on the toilet, I am fairly certain I wouldn't like my spouse to see me doing that, say, in the middle of the night!!! Nor would I care to see him doing the same! LOL As we get older, I am waiting for a house design to include a master bedroom to have two bathrooms insuite! LOL Luckily, when we added onto our house, we put a half bath just outside our Master bedroom door, and my husband has "claimed" that as HIS bathroom! He still uses the Master bath to shower and shave of course, but it is fairly similar to us each having our own private bathroom and we LOVE that!! -- I used to chuckle when my folks got older at the amount of time they spent in the bathroom.... not chuckling now! LOL I also don't care for the glass cabinets in some of these virtual designs. Man..... you would HAVE to keep your closets and cupboards SO very clean and neat, and most persons, unless retired and they are empty nesters, have the time to do that! The center fireplace is pretty cool and I am intrigued by the designs of these homes, as well as the furnishings.

Only my curiosity made me skip to the end, just to see how useless your virtual walk-through could be. Not putting a floor plan first in video is useless and arrogant. ...as if your preferred virtual 'walk-through' should appeal to everyone interest. You didn't even start your story with the "Approach"; arriving to the main entrance. Anyone related to the RealEstate industry know how important the approach is. The first thing you, and any of your guests, would see as you approach the home. Asinine.
