I have the man 12 and the monitor will not stay upright. It continually falls forward so the monitor is facing down. Makes it difficult to use.

Hey Ken, I'm new in embroidery business, I ran into a problem with my SWF MAS 12. I was doing a hat and finish the design on the hat, came out perfect.. I started on a tee shirt and my machine started beeping and and it goes all the way to the left. I was trying to line it back in the center. I was thinking do this has anything to do with my problem. ( X)is 496 and the (Y) 617 set. I would appreciate your help..Thank you
