Man…..I feel it in my bones guys. The beginning of the inevitable fledge has begun! I love it but it’s bittersweet ❤️💔😩😬😃😀

I know this feeling. I watched the sea eagle cam in Sydney and there one of the eaglets fledged accidentally, she fell off the nest and didn't come back (but later on, the park workers let us know she is all right! - it doesn't happen every time, we know it)

Time is flying and the E's are developing just as fast. ⏳ It seems like just yesterday they slept under Harriet brooding them. 💕💕 Today we are watching them about to sleep alone, E19 perched on the attic and E20 on the nest. Oh God! It's better to appreciate these step-by-step daily achievements of these two. 💘 Stay safe and sleep peacefully, my dear loves. 🙏🙏 God bless and protect them and M & Harriet. 🙏🦅🙏 Thank you so much for this memorable video. 🥰🥰💕 E19💘E20💕🌌✨

Wow, a sleepover on a branch…first night out of the nest. Going to say goodbye to these babies before long 😢

Time certainly passes swiftly. The time that they were bonking and boucing around the nest like fuzzballs has become a priceless memory. I was fortunate to be on live cam yesterday afternoon, and again when I checked it late last night. Your comments and video affirms my thoughts that it was E19 getting the big drafts in the afternoon, and then on the attic at night. I recognize E19 by the longer beak. Let us slow our minds down, and sit back to savor the pages of the last few chapters until they depart. Once they fledge I hope that they will spend much time learning from two of the best eagle parents. Let us all celebrate with them with tears and smiles, and let them go on to live a life as a testimony to M15 and Harriet’s wonderful works. Thank you so much Lady Hawk. It is an emotional time as these are another pair of church steeple gems.

I love it. I can't wait to see them soar and learn to hunt. Then have their own little eaglet family ❤️ well probably won't see all of it but I am still so happy for them to get that bloodline out into the wild and make more M15/Harriets and these guys are especially large.

E19 what a strong beautiful bird you have become! It is wonderful to see their development in stages. I watched a nest last year where the Es knocked each other off the branch while wingercizing. It is so much better to see E19 and 20 develop in stages to be ready to take flight! It will be so soon.

I actually got to see most of what you captured except when your coverage starts with E20 on the veranda spreading those gorgeous wings with E19 close by---great capture---I could stare at that for hours!!! That was super cool how E19 hovered backwards to the attic--so talented & a show off, lol, and those head tilts, super adorable!! ❤I think E19 knew we were watching! E19 surprised me tucking in & spending the night on the same day as branching to the attic for the first time--I don't recall another one doing that do you?? Great footage you got--TY LH 🤗

Hi WandaE9 - I agree - this is quite an eventful video! E20 sunning himself on the branch - that's the widest spread I've seen! I can't believe E19 took a nap in the attic and slept there for the night while E20 slept alone in the nest. These 2 are about the fastest progressors - although we must wait until they actually take off and leave the area. I'm sure they'll play around at the pond first :) Stephanie

Our babies are more independent everyday now, soon we'll be watching them at the lake, I can hardly wait! E19's hovering is circus-worthy, and oh my, wings of such beauty and power. E20, we all know your markers are just a little minute behind your big sib's🤩 I couldn't love them more😘🦅🦅💝

I stayed up late to see if E19 was going to lay back down in the nest and even woke up in the middle of the night to check. Nope. She stayed in the attic asleep, at times waking up but seemed quite comfortable there. Big milestone for sure!

Well here we go! How clever are you 19? Are you saying I'm a big girl now? With the peace on the nest it would seem that 20 will be hanging about with 19 and having hunting observations and lessons. I do hope to see playing at the pond. Stay as long as you can you two!

Difficult when the head of the family put you on diet, they become invisible from your sight or they already had another family and completely abandoned the siblings.

They seem close to fledging doesn't it usually take six months?
@jeanb88482 жыл бұрын
No, Bald Eagles typically fledge at 10-14 weeks, so closer to three months.
