Oh my, the foot! Watch out M15, she’s a spicy one and no doubt she’ll get you with it soon! She’s proving herself to be a formidable companion to M15, and I couldn’t be happier for them. Hi Zayne great comment! She could very well be Harriet the second! She is a bit bossy and nippy and has her own way of doing things!! Maybe the foot will come next?? Harriet used to get really testy when her hormones were raging and she would yell at M15, kick him and want to mate some more!! 😂😂Hoping we will see eggs soon!! ♥ Take care!

This was a nice day for them both. The other night when they teamed up together to defend their home, I think it was just one more activity that deepened their bond. M always found her to be a trustworthy partner. Now she's just further deepened his trust when she proved with actions her loyalty, priority and dedication to their home, territory and relationship. Observing these two is satisfying. Nest looks strong enough that I keep wanting to see them walk or hop along the edges and call it done. But I know it is a continual work in progress. Every stick makes the nest sturdy for family, and protect against owls, intruders, and weather.

Hi MothGirl yes the nest really has taken shape over the past few weeks! I love that palm frond that is on the side that F23 brought in and that big clump of moss! They are getting it ready for eggs!!

livestream, at 3:05 am fl time, november 14: one of the eagles (M15?) flushes out an owl flying by! the event: M15 was in the nest as the owl showed up, and M15 gave chase before the owl landed. M15 returns to the nest, then launches back off the nest to chase again. after that, M15 and owl return with talons locked in a scuffle on the nest with M15 upside down, chasing the owl off for the 3rd time. M15 returns about 3:07 am! talk about action packed, whoa! i cant tell which eagle this actually is on the 360 cam, but that was wild.

Such hope for this season, last season was bittersweet and we saw M15 at his toughest time. Alone, he took such great care of his and Harriet's eaglets. Soon we will hopefully see new eggs with F23, glad he found a new mate...life must go on in the animal world. As in all life. Looking forward to healthy new eaglets, first must get eggs...what a great nest they've created, added on...😂 Glad he's defending it from the GHO!!!

I really hope F 23 sticks to this nest. They’ve worked so hard and you’re right she did get a little scared off. She’s feisty where she fights back but it did scare her there a little bit and I noticed she had two or three little scuff marks on her back. I hope those weren’t from the owl attacks, but I was so happy to see her testing the ball and I know that she’s probably gonna lay soon. I hope all works out for this nest because I fell in love with this nest since harriet I watched them for years and she’s just not quite comfortable yet and I just hope that her eggs she will lay them there. I’m hoping and praying. I love you M 15 for being so strong he defended her so well that night and her for hanging on there and being tough mama. Well I guess we’ll see just the Eagles. I love this nest. I hope all goes well. I wish the owls would stay on that other part where they were before, I was there is something to be done and I know there’s not so we’ll wait and see thank you for the video❤

At first I thought the audio was off again, but I did hear both of them being vocal right before mating those long seconds! Yeah, she'll be giving him a foot in his ribs!😆 I'm guessing my volume booster is low😆 I was getting ready to ask if the Pritchetts were going to be working on it soon before eggs arrive? I'm happy for M15 coz he's much happier now with his choice of companion. I don't doubt that he still misses His Harriet and thinks about her during his quiet time 💔. Now if only those pesty Owls will go find some other Eagle family to pester. M shouldn't have let the Owls think his nest was abandoned. They need to KICK ROCKS! And f😮or F23's first Owl attacks, she held her own. I knew though especially after 3 x from late night thru early morning that it would shake her up and scare her. I remember the first Owl attacks on V3 in the Hamlet scared V3 and that's why he was awol for those few days.. I'm thankful that F23 is still making the nest a home! I wonder if they'll hatch triplets? Thank You Lady Hawk for keeping us informed with real Bald Eagle live world of M15 & F23! Can't wait to see how Ginny's latest Children's book that she's probably been working on 'about last nesting season with M losing Harriet, having to raising their two Eaglets to fledge all by himself. I don't know how we Aunties and Uncles made it thru last season!

So he tried to reach across her but couldn't. So he placed the stick directly on her back 😂😂😂 then he stands there looking around like now what do I do? 😂

Hi Lady Hawk. If I may ask a question please? I was just at the SWFL Eagles nest and watching M15 and LF23 at the nest on limbs and then someone decides to move the cam to the Pasture or wherever it is on the grounds. Do you know why it was moved there when both Eagles are at the nest? I don’t like that cause I wanted to see just how long they’d be there at the nest. I call those his epaulettes. Pretty sure it was E21 that had them and his feathers were lighter. E22 did not and her feathering was much darker.
