Kasparov's greatest contribution to chess is undoubtedly the door slam attack which he unleashed against Vishy Anand in the 1995 World Championship. Anand won game 9 to take the lead. In game 10, Kasparov came up with his novel idea. After every move, he would get up to go to the bathroom and slam the door behind him so hard the room shook. Anand was so stunned by this maneuver he did not say anything to the arbiter, and the arbiter did nothing either. No other player has managed to employ this attack as far as I know.

@@beerchess11 There are various attacks in the chess books: the fried liver attack, the Richter-Rauzer attack, the Nimzovitch-Larsen attack. The door slam attack needs to be added to the list and it should be explained how it is unique among them.
