I seriously hate this hypocrisy. I don’t know for sure, the way he said wrap can be legalised or not, but as far as I know, it’s not legal. I can see the guy is a cop or belongs from a cop family, and can easily roam around Delhi without people hassling him. Had it been an ordinary civilian, he would have been chewed up by cops. Not saying that this is what’s happening here and not judging anyone But I’ve been driving for 10 years in Delhi, and I’ve seen a lot.
