Stephanie yeah but at the time she could have at least truely meant her thank you to at least the others around finn since the others were okay with her being a lesbian if that’s what she wanted to be and they’d be okay if she wasn’t one espeically Kurt and Blaine. Since the others were the ones calling her perfect just the way she truely was either way and defending her. It was more Finns fault since she was more forced by Finn to deal with it before she wanted to. The only one who deserved a mean response was mainly more Finn. Also she was gonna have to accept at some point even if she wasn’t ready also the faster she would accept it the easier it would be for her in the future to come out of the closet when she was ready. It’s like Kurt Said Santana is strong enough to power through what she was going through since Kurt knows what she was going through since he went through the same thing with being Gay. She should have at least been a tiny bit nicer to the others basically everyone else but Finn. The others were just also trying to tell her to be who she truely was and that they’d love her for who she truely was either way. The others probably wouldn’t have said anything to her and would have let her deal with it on her own if Finn hadn’t forced her to deal with it when she wasn’t ready to. And also if she wasn’t ready to come out she could have at least told her glee club friends that she wasn’t ready to come out she doesn’t have to be mean to everyone who tries to encourage her to be who she truely is since the girls defended Santana when that one idiot was hitting Santana. And Kurt and Blaine called Santana perfect just the way she was no matter what her choices in life would be Rachel-Kurt at least deserved slightly nicer responses. They probably didn’t want to be there telling her to deal with her before she was ready anymore than she herself did. Rachel-Kurt looked equally uncomfortable being there but probably couldn’t get out of it because of Finn since Finn is the only one who was forcing people to be there. Finn is the only one who deserved to be yelled at the time

I knew about Glee when I was a kid but I just found the series again lately, and at this stage of my life I just had different emotions about them as I’ve grown up and been mature enough to feel it. I noticed two things having watched this multiple times because I added it to a playlist - 1) Kurt and Blaine are singing this more to each other than Santana and 2) When they start the rapping part Santana just looks at them just like 'What in the mother of fuck? Is the hobbit trying to rap?'
