I totally relate to this, about to reach 29 and I also share the feeling of growing up with swifty. He was like my warrior teacher back then, his incredible warrior tricks was an absolute blast. Plus he also taught me that you don't need oil when frying bacon. Super happy to see him do well and all the warm wishes for the future

All I wear are ASICS! I did the same thing as I wanted a running shoe going into Marine Corps and now that’s all I wear for work and casual wear. Look into getting a new Sole too, get a half size bigger and get a better sole and your life will change

I’ve been using ASICS Gel Keyano shoes for years. Awesome shoes. Oh and you should consider changing shoes every six months if you run regularly.

The new shoes are curved so you use proper running form. You should be using the front balls of your feet so the curve actually gives a better push off.
