never seen this kind of damage in wowtlk in 2008 , i think there is something wrong with warrior , anyway anytime we face a prot warrior in arena just CC and dont hit him

Yea, they tuned dmg of prot warr in last patch for higher threat. And well, classic runs on last patch talents, so in fact its tuned around 3.3,5 itemization. With decent resilience you should be winning most of duels against prot warriors though (its kinda easly kitable)... But i expect it to be kinda invincible in 3s with its huge pressure and dmg. Anyway, youre right.

Calling all macro nerds! :) Could anyone paste Swifty's macro for this? I’ve tried doing it myself but the castsequence variant I’ve come up with is too slow.

Uhh it's just: /use Recklessness /use [stance: 1, 3] defensive stance /use 13 /use Shield Block

Afraid not. Basically it requires you to enter berserker stance, pop reck and trinket, go to def stance, pop shield block, go to battle stance, charge ( bloodrage optional) and then finally shield slam.

Prot will be around all of Wrath sadly. And will hit harder once ICC comes out due to the amount of armor pen gear. I mained it. It was nuts.

Wotlk without resilience is just dumb xd... Arenas dont have any sense before decent 600 resil + in first season,

Urgh. Whole teams hugging pillars is not fun or skilful. Arena in TBC and WOTLK was the lowest form of PVP in any game.
