Swifty! you should totally try Sichuan peppers. They are from China and in sichuan they eat it on everything! It doesn't burn like other chillies or peppers, but it makes your mouth and lips go numb, while it hurts like hell. I tried it in Sichuan in a super hot soup, and it almost made me throw up... and i'm not a weakling. hope you get to see this.

You should not drink milk after eating this pepper. Peppers contain a oily substance, and milk does not remove it, it rather floats over the oil. What you want to do, is eat an apple. Apples contain acid, which will remove the oil instead of floating over it! The oil sticks to your tung and that's what's causing the intense burning sensation! Try this next time Swifty =)
