Anyone notice how this location changed in Stalker 2 vs the old games in terms of where it was positioned from Rostok? They were always situated between Rostok and the Red Forest. Freedom has the rough job of being the front line against the monolith crossing into the the greater zone. Now their south of Rostok.

Man, they made the mutants take an absolute beating! What was it... like almost 10 shotgun blasts to kill that controller? Same thing with that bloodsucker at the end lol

Most of them are sponges but they're pretty much the only resource dump in the game. Even on the highest difficulty you get loaded with loot and ammo very fast. So I usually end up fighting them, although you can just run away.

For me it is running fine, but it requires a good pc. If you want to try the game, get it on Gamepass, at worse you'll spend $10 and have a few hundred games to play for a month instead.

You can melee with your equipped weapon in this game. People just tend to forget that and use the knife instead

Press "V" and you melee with your equipped weapon.
