Using a tube on an EWG Tokyo rig is awesome for bass, that little bit of space off the bottom makes a huge impact sometimes

Had some success this year using the Tokyo Rig. Was using the Baby Brush Hog but will give the paddle tail a try for sure. Stay Safe & God Bless

The brush hog is a great choice. It is a fun rig to fish. Thank you for watching!

Another Tokyo Rig tip, you only need to bend that wire the weight goes on slightly to keep on there (45 degrees past straight is plenty to hold them on) to keep it more weedless, allow for fast weight swaps and to put less wear on the wire 👍 This method reminds me of a swing head but seems like it would be a better choice for soft bottoms. Thanks for sharing, Steve!

Sometimes I put a blade (with swivel) on instead of a weight. Quick change flashy underspin or Tokyo.

Just finally bought some Tokyo rigs this week. Looking forward to fishing the heck out of them. I like that it keeps your line from dragging on the bottom unlike a Texas rig.
