For me This is by far the best demo video... Clear and easy to understand.

Sure it is, but I wish the video demontration was a little longer to figure how the movement is actually built. Do you swim it well Marilyn?

im still fighting with sync. The under water wave I made by hands is going towards knees when I'm preparing the kick and i feel it slows me down

Oooh, so THAT's what the" flick" means and does. What a simple and clear way to demonstrate what your feet should be up to. Thank you!

Has anyone used a finger paddle they'd recommend? I'm working on my technique at the mo especially correcting a screw kick! Thanks

Thank you so much for this video. I just took up swimming again after many years, and after a week of horrible rhythm I watched this video yesterday. This morning I had the best swim in my life! I swam twice the distance and feeling less tired. Everything slowed down in my head, broke the stroke into 4 parts, and yes definitely fingers nice relaxed slightly (1 mm) open. Thank you so much for breaking it all down!

The lunge forward cue is excellent, also the heels up to get your hips up and feet flicking at end.

Could anyone tell me what a good time for 25/50/75/100m is for breaststroke. I used to do swimming lessons as a kid and have since taken it back up as an adult. I can only do breaststroke and swim 25m in roughly 20s.

Almost a good video. Thank you It only lacks 1 minute or more of pure breaststroke swimming (preferably in slow motion some part). Alright with the step by step tecnique but like in any sport, the whole motion flowing on and on gives you the whole picture for your brain to process it.
