Swimming in 12.7 Degrees in the Columbia River, BC 🇨🇦

In this vlog video we visit the city of Trail in the Kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦 We decided to check out Gyro Park Beach because it looked stunning when we checked it out on Google and it was stunning for sure. There beach was pristine and the water was crystal clear, but it was freezing cold. Originally we wanted to hang out at the park’s interesting rock pools, but the water levels were to high and the pools were submerged. The Columbia River is very frigid year round and we decided it would be fun to do a cold plunge. When we looked up the river’s current temperature it was a chilly 12.7 degrees Celsius, so it wasn’t that enjoyable but exhilarating to say the least.
