Kevin and him both are smart. It’s amazing though what that car does when the driver gives Kevin the right feedback. I watch almost all these. The guys who don’t succeed in this ride are the ones who don’t answer or explain the car to him

Great job guys. Good videos too. Enjoy the technical discussions. A tiny insite into the complexities of a "simple and brutal" race car. I believe sprintcar racing without any doubt is the best "car" racing on the planet. Rewards the magicians in the pits, a skillful and courageous driver, fast, awesome sound and of course so much action for spectators. I have always wondered if you guys have tried putting tufts of wool on your wings and recorded what's going on as you do your laps. Has anyone tried skewing the wing a tiny amount to try and maintain more downforce when the car gets out a bit? Being traction limited and not power limited, a tiny bit more downfoce over the opposition might just make the car stick a bit better mid corner. I remember a team turned up at "85 'Knoxville nationals with a radical wing. Never ran well because they had car issues. Think they were out of a university from Texas maybe. Long time ago.
