My favorite Branford performance, and this is a killer chart! Would be so fun to play.

Dang, they sound great! I figured anything Julliard did was good, but this is pretty close to the One O'Clock at UNT.

Do they allow clarinet players in Julliard?
@JuilliardSchool6 жыл бұрын
Yes -- we have programs in clarinet in our music division and saxophone/clarinet in our jazz division. Here's a link to learn more about each: www.juilliard.edu/music/instruments/woodwinds/clarinet (classical music) and www.juilliard.edu/music/jazz-studies (jazz). Thanks for watching!

Are there multiple jazz bands at julliard?
@JuilliardSchool7 жыл бұрын
The Juilliard Jazz Orchestra is the program's largest ensemble, but there are also smaller jazz ensembles in the program that perform throughout the year at Juilliard and around New York City at Dizzy's, the Blue Note, Zinc Bar, and other popular venues.

When I get older I'm for sure gonna audition for Juilliard But im 11 so I have 7 years to prep lol Right now I'm in concert band for tenor sax and next school year my music teacher wants me to go in MIT (almost like a real school of rock with some pretty talented kids) for tenor sax because there gonna do some blues music since it's gonna be a 50s theme and I'm also gonna do wind ensemble (like advanced band) in the same year I'm so exited
