So the boys had a little play at Swinley Forest last week, some great trails there and I will definitely be going back to ride when I have a bike!

From the car park go through the Go Ape place, follow that path to the end and turn right, keep going without turning off and you will go up a small hill, bear left at that and just basically keep going, you'll reach a steep little hill and at the top will be the downhill runs that were towards the end of the video, (if you go at the weekend you'll know you're there as it's always the busiest part of Swinley) that bit they were messing about on at the beginning I couldn't even begin to explain.
