is it just me or my melted soap base has a skin on it and cools wayyyyyyyyyyy too fast any tip for that because i cant even put it down for once it gets a skin every second.

I have bought the opaque soapy twist swirling base. It melts at a low temperature and dries very fast. It does give swirls but it difficult to use as one has to work very fast in a room without fan. I wish that the base was slow setting. The kind of swirls shown in this video will take time to make.

But that way the fragrance oil will evaporate when you reheat it? I have also had the same problem while using your soap bases. They really set fast, not giving any opportunity to add fragrances or any additives. Sometimes even while pouring. The percentage of wastage is very high.

@@supriyaa6945 hey, was this issue sorted out? I have just started making soap amd have used their shea butter and transparent but do find that they heat up real quick and harden even faster! And the soap bases are much more expensive than other vendors. Pls share your experience, thanks a lot :)

Not this well unless you work incredibly fast. I’ve tried to make a soap like this recently with Melt and Pour base, and it definitely set faster than their showing in the video.

I had the same problem as Janhavi baijirekar with my shea butter soapy twist base. It melts soon( in double boiling and in microwave) and setting fast too not allowing to add the essential oil and colour to mix properly and also it sweats a lot really a lot. Can you help fixing this.

Do it on a stovetop double boiler not microwave. It's not about the base but how you're heating in. Think of trying to treat it as you would chocolate

No. It's MP because she had reheat the liquid soap because they hardened. Cp soap doesn't hardened fast

It is MP soap and it did hardened. She said to just reheat.
