You're right that the Kinky Curly line is a great intro to natural hair. I've since moved on from these products but they were very moisturizing.

I loved the positivity at the end of this video Keziah when you said "you're gonna get out of those trenches", and "you're gonna get there in terms of having the best hair that YOU can have". I so needed to hear that, coz I am determined to get there with my natural hair. I been struggling the past 10 years, but I've learnt a lot on the way, and progress has been made, so I know your words will be true for me soon. So thank you. 🤗

I loooooove your products!!! I bought the bundle & when I tell you, I adore the satin hair bonnet! A lot of “satin” bonnets out there will frizz up my hair & your brand is legit!!!! I cannot wait for the other colors! I have the EXACT same hair texture as you & it makes me so happy that there’s a brand out there who gets natural hair maintenance & upkeep!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Giovanni 50/50 is the absolute best!!! I use it as a rinse out, deep conditioner and I don’t rinse it all out and it has transformed my hair in a way that I never imagined was possible.

I agree the Kinky Curly brand is a nice introduction. Their Come Clean Shampoo is a staple claryifing shampoo for me that I use once a month. The leave-in doesn’t have enough moisture for me so I have moved on but it lasts so long and is a great first leave-in to try. I never tried their custard because I don’t do wash n gos but I love that they make sure everything is ph balanced.

Content wise I would like to see guidance on graying natural hair. My texture has changed and although I am 4C, I may have B on sides and top. My back is tight while the others tend to be looser and very difficult to define curls. I do enjoy your snappees for elongation twisting, but styling is still an issue. Thank you!

The Giovanni Smooth as Silk Shampoo is a staple for me! I use it as a first cleanser every wash day. I also recently used the matching Smooth as Silk Conditoner and I find it to be kind of like a slippy medium protein conditioner (I leave it on for 10 or 15 minutes as I would a deep conditioner). It’s truly a great combo to get smooth, strong hair. I only get mine at Marshall’s/TJMaxx for $12.99 for their 33.8 oz bottles.

I just received my second set of hair ties and the snap headband with edge protect. I used the headband immediately yesterday. I use the hair ties to stretch my hair but plan to use them for putting my hair into a high puff and bun. I like that these products do not pull my hair and their is no hair fall.

I will check out the Bass detangling brush if I can find it. I detangle with a wide tooth comb only, but would like to give the brush a try.

I enjoy your videos, thank you. I like Giovanni leave in conditioner. I tried the smooth as silk shampoo and conditioner, my hair did not like it. My hair didn't like kinky curly either. I love my snappes. I am concerned about using the bass detangler. I have thin strands (densely packed) and they tangle a lot. My concern is that it will rip my hair out. I would be interested in you producing a hot head for deep conditioning with snaps, the one I have ( from another company), is stretched out of shape.

Cara J I too love the Giovanni Leave-In. I think it doesn’t get enough hype on most natural hair channels. But just like the Swirly Curls lady in this video says, it was one of the first leave-in products I tried and I still go back to it sometimes.
