Flying Zurich to Miami on the worst airline ever, I can't believe I paid all this money for this, they truly believe someone can be on a plane like this...travel business for the first and definitely last time on this travesty of airline, no food, no water, no drinks on a 10 hours business class fly. The crew is super racist, no service rhe entire fly, not knowing if they where that bad and unprofessional until i saw other passagers with the same issue, thanks i am back safe in America.

Wauw. I had some experiences where the service and food was below par, but your experience seems extreme.
