Thanks for the video. My nephew’s 2nd birthday is coming up and his mom asked me to make his cake. Unfortunately, he is lactose intolerant. Normally when I make cakes for family events I just make him a cupcake with marshmallow fluff on it, which he loves. But I really want to try something different for his birthday. He loves Cocomelon so I’m making his cake with JJ, and thought I’d try margarine in the buttercream. He can eat margarine, but I wasn’t sure if it would work with a Swiss buttercream, which I usually make and really love. I found your video and feel more confident trying it now. Thanks

Yes! Taroona 1kg is a butterblend and the fat that must be used must have at least 70% butter content. Otherwise, use Butter

Fridge is the best place, but a freezer will work but when you keep in a freezer, ensure when it comes out the room is not hot. Aggressive change in temperature, will make it sweat.

Just this 1kg Taroona Margarine can be used. It is a Butterblend and works perfectly. Regular margarine won’t solidify in the freezer, so, it can’t work
