Nicely detailed flight review! It's sad to see that SWISS has joined the covid cost-cutting tendency by downgrading the breakfast service to a simple muffin. Hope that they will bring back their previous snack box with their tasty warm croissants. Fantastic video, keep up the great work! :)

I love the A330/340 for its 2 outer seats - no-one to climb over to get to the aisle. I love Swiss. I used to live in Switzerland and loved that the Swiss were "sorted". But that cup holder on the tray table got me every time. Every time I put my drink in it and lowered the tray table in order to eat, I got my drink all down my legs. 😁😁That meal didn't look great but it was better than the "meal" that was served to us on a flight from Zurich to Manchester, UK on a Convair 990 Coronado. We got a hot dog, but the bun was hot and the sausage was stone cold.

The A330 is one of the last wide bodies with decent economy seating. Long may they fly!!

Not on any Swiss sardine tin where you cannot take off your shoes when the passenger in front reclines the seat!

Not a horrible experience but yeah, it did seem like service was lacking a lot. I just flew Swiss but felt like the service was top notch so I wonder if service is back to normal pre-covid levels now?

@@OnTimeReports It was an afternoon flight so it was just a snack before landing. Acceptable. A muffin for breakfast is shameful to say the least!

Swiss was total disappointment for me as well. I have flown on a same route in August 2021 and even paid $20 more (AC and Air Transat both were cheaper than Swiss). The crew were far from being friendly, attitude was very up-tight like take it or leave it, I went to the back of the plane to grab something to drink or eat and crew asked me so impolitely "what i want??". When I got muffin for the breakfast, I couldnt believe it. Air France gives full meal service plus minimum 3 to 5 items in a breakfast box and constant drink runs. I am flying with Swiss again in a month back to Montreal (well this time, it was the cheapest one way ticket from Paris ($180) so lets see if they have upgraded their services a bit.

Crews are always hit or miss on Swiss, but overall quality of service for economy class needs to be increased

Stay away from the chaos of ZRH airport if you can where checkout 1 signs are located in a most illogical position at the end of the escalator leading to Checkout 2. I suppose Swiss can be relied upon to get you safely to your destination but their seating I can only compare to a sardine tin. Onboard services were good enough on my LX138 Boeing 777 flight to Hong Kong in July this year but I preferred the services of Qatar and Qantas where mobility assistance functioned in more efficient and less complicated ways than in ZRH.
