Το γνήσιο rosti χρειάζεται βούτυρο κι όχι λάδι. Το έχω φάει στην Ελβετία. Είναι σπεσιαλιτέ της Ελβετίας κι ως γνωστόν η Ελβετία έχει υπέροχο βούτυρο.
