IRL the second you lay down hot tar you ain’t got no time to correct it into a proper runway. Realistically the only way to make a runway here is just to either terraform or apply some flat solid sheet that can handle the force of an airplane

At 30,000 feet the planes actual speed is more than 2 times what the air speed guage says and it would take a really long runway to accommodate such a fast landing speed. The airspeed guage under-reads because when are not alot of air molecules it doesn't matter how fast the molecules are moving the total amount of energy transfered is still small. A turbo prop would need maximum power/speed just to stay level you'd be landing at cruise speed.

The plane isn't stopping because you're landing at 430 mph. 190 knots indicated airspeed at 30,000 feet = 350 knots true airspeed, 350 knots = 430 mph. 747's normally land at 175 mph, the brakes are not going to work too well at more than double the normal landing speed.
