Hello Shreyansh , While job search I am facing issues with Notice Period .As most companies don't even proceed after knowing notice period .Any idea on how can we check if our company supports Buyout or Reduce NP without asking HR personally

From my experience, buyout and reducing NP depends on your manager and senior manager. And I don't think you can discuss these things with them before resigning.

hmm, its not going to be easy buddy at this stage of career. but we can discuss for sure. I think direct frontend to backend would be difficult. Slowly Frontend to FullStack (heavy frontend, light backend work) Gradually FullStack (Heavy backend, light frontend work) and then you can work on backend. this way, i think you might be little make use of experience else it would be start from start.
