A little bit, but it's not worth harming the battery, or risking your Switch being overheated.

@@Skateboardwonder Yeah no thats not how it works. The switch will never overheat even at max OC. The cooler it has is built for up to 30w of heat dissipation and the tegra x1 doesnt come anywhere near that. Also you're likely to be streaming games while docked anyways so battery isnt a concern.
