I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but every time I use Alt + S, the taurus explodes into a gigantic sphere that turns inside out at the slightest adjustment with the mouse. I feel like I have to be missing something here because the result I'm getting is nowhere close to what I'm seeing in the video. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Is there any way of keyframing or animating it? EDIT: Nevermind I found out how. You gotta use a Displace modifier and change the values there.
