Switching from the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 to Galaxy Z Fold 6 | TRADE-IN Time!?!?

I'm interested to see the changes they push forward for the Fold, but I doubt I'll pick 1 up this go around. Last fold I owned was the 3 and just haven't see enough design improvements to make me come back

The S-Pen is not going to be built in this year, it's pretty much an accepted fact, but what they should do, at least, is add the S-Pen support to the external screen. Over the years of using Folds, I tried poking my outer display with the S-Pen probably a hundred times, at least, only to be reminded that only one of the two screen actually supports it. Not a consistent experience.

Why not both? :D This is the problem I have. I can't decide which is my ultimate go-to Galaxy. I used to swap S Ultra and Fold models every 6 months. Then figured if I just skip one mid-year upgrade, I can get a second phone for about the same money, so I did, and now have both, so I can move a SIM whenever I get tired of one, or just use them both at home. For example, right now, Fold5 is my daily driver, and the S24 Ultra is used mostly for gaming with Razer Kishi V2.

Greatly appreciate that! I'm a Z Flip guy, it's my daily driver and only phone, although the flip 5 and the z fold both have bending displays, they are really nothing alike or in the same league, but I love your channel! Keep going up the great work! 🔥

Depends on what form factor you want. Fold 6 will be out in July. Foldable are cool. Sometimes the traditional phone is mors convenient

My Z Fold 5 was great until the One UI 6 update... And now the battery life is complete trash since.

I could trade and get the z fold 6 but I think I'm gonna keep my z fold 4. It's basically the same device. There's not enough there to justify me spending that kind of money. My 4 is great. No issues and it's paid for. So I'll skip this one and wait for a bigger upgrade. Bro, I'm from Watts CA. Your accent is killing it. I don't know if it's New York or Boston. Well, IMO, it's unreasonable to expect a "different" device anymore. Fold4 was "basically" the same as Fold3, but a bit better. Fold5... everyone said it was the same as Fold4, but a bit better, again. And Fold6, will also be the "the same device, but a bit better". The wild west times of smartphones it long behind us. Now it's all about incremental improvements. Realistically, a new model is not meant to replace a previous one, or two or three... it's meant to attract people who use other brands, and to give a nice upgrade option to loyal fans with an aging device when it's time to swap it out. I think Fold6 is actually the most exciting fold upgrade after Fold3. It's a next gen design language, so IMO, it's meaningful, but day to day use wise, of course I'm not expecting it to be any different.
