Startup is highly turbulence considering any indian startup . They have few good devs basically rest all relatives and junk fellows . You will come to know when you land . I left within 9 months . You will learn a lot but highly unprofessional people will be there . You may find non tech guy . Once you try to switch from 2 org it will be tough call . They may interfere on personal life as well . Since you have just 2 years experience it good to try it out . But considering you pay scale and third switch need to be established organization. Life is not about slogging day and night . I have made many blogs on startup culture. 1-2 months you like post that they will office politics thats y startup fail . They will give you free lunch and snacks . But wait its for their benefit because they charge heavily to ceo who is in US by making fake bills and you will find hr is their relative and puppet . They will find few guy with brands tags attached to it but mostly junk fellows .
