Switching to the Fujifilm XH2 or XH2S? Fujifilm vs Canon in 2022!

With the launch of the Fujifilm X-H2 and Fuji X-H2S, the Fujifilm ecosystem is looking stronger than ever. I used to be a Fuji shooter actually, shooting wedding photography with the X-T3. In this video, I showcase some sample photos from the X-T30 straight out of camera with film simulations. Am I switching from Canon to Fuji? We'll see!

I did just that. R6 became my backup camera and X-H2 is now my main camera for both work and fun. I just love it, but I might be bias because I own X-T30 I also and I fell in love in photography again when this camera came into my world. Canon FF was always this sterile excellent performer without any passion.

Same issue I’m having, the no third party lenses making me look elsewhere! I love my r6 but L glass is expensive

@@bobamarmstrong I guess some for sure. Eventually they will come out with more affordable gear. Nevertheless, some lenses are seriously lacking where Nikon and Sony have great lenses already (e.g. 20 mm 1.8). Still, the RF and EF system is pretty spectacular in my opinion.

When you got into wedding photography did you photograph your friends weddings or did you work with another photographer? Just wondering as I know some full frame photographers that won't work with anyone that shoots crop. I myself shoot M43 that's even small then Fuji sensors.

I trade in my XT4 for a XH2, took a a couple week to get used to the control but oh my days, the new sensor is a beast!

Yup not having any problems at all! It’s all in the glass and knowing how to use camera settings to your advantage, in my opinion!
