But note 9 has same chipset, more res screen, stereo speakers, no hole punch in screen, probably better or same cameras, but also have little worse battery and no telephoto camera, plus it's hard to find one new for reasonable price.

Initially went to Samsung to pre-order the Ultra, but changed my mind and did it through Smart instead, since my contract was up for renewal anyway. Plus, when u compute the monthly amortizarion for the device, it turns out cheaper (less the depreciation, which I guess evens it out). Kudos for the great review, as always. God bless.

Its nice that Samsung is making an effort into enticing peeps into taking a dive to their midrange-near flagship offerings. I love the Note series but the top end versions have become real expensive, I decided to settle with a OnePlus last year. This year though just when I thought it couldn't get any more expensive voila S20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip. I think I may just wait for the future ROG Phone 3 and sideload a Gcam pixel port to cover its camera weakness.

watching on my Samsung Note 10 Lite na red color din, with Android 13. just gonna add something lang, during games, with the Android 13 you can pop-up all the apps you wanted while in-game or minimize or customize windows still smoothly pa rin, and it's a surprising factor for a 2-year-old phone already.

Good choice to preorder the S20 Ultra over the Flip, in my opinion. I mean the flip is more like showcasing new tech, in a different form factor(like a party trick), if they didn't give it last year's specs, it would've probably been a harder decision, but of course they had to differentiate it from the flagships, otherwise others might opt for the flip and ignore their S20 line(although it may also drive the cost of the flip up, if they beefed up the specs). But I do feel seeing that you tested out the Note 10 lite, that you might be inclined to preorder the Note 20 as well, which comes out later in the year.

I don't want any of these phones. My this year's upgrade will have to be a mid ranger with headphone jack, hifi dac, fm radio and, ir blaster and a decent screen. Camera, 120 hz display is inconsequential. I know it's a tough combo to pack in one phone but I'm Ok with any brand! I don't know with time why are the sensors and hardware features going down instead of getting better.

I was planning to buy A71 yesterday but i ended up getting the Note 10 Lite. My old phone is a Samsung A7 (2016). I was surprised and kinda disappointed that my 4yr old A7 has a better and sharper front camera than my Note 10 lite.

I have also preordered the ultra but the 16gb/512gb variant is not availble in the ph. 😂😂. Can't wait to get my hands on this device on March 6. I am currently using samsung note 4 (6yrs). I guess i deserve the upgrade. I will wait for your awesome review ☺☺

Nice good first impression for the Galaxy Note 10, looking forward for the review of this product, may be you can also do some camera review, lets see if it is at par compare to the flagship device in terms of camera. This phone with the S pen looks promising. Yeah! I agree, i also go for the overkill smart phone rather thn the flip phone. I think, the pricepoint of Samsung Ultra can be justify by its specification and quality. IMHO, the flip phone can have “bad quality” after sometime of using it. Lets wait for the second version of the flip phone then thats the time you buy and make review for the price of 80k. Yeah, please compare the samsung ultra with the flagship phone of iphone and huawei, a side-by-side comparison of camera and other aspects will be exciting. Looking forward for this one also.

I bought mine and noticed that the fingerprint sensor rarely works, almost never. That's my main complaint on this phone plus sometimes the unit gets hot even when it's only in my pocket. Did you encounter any of these problems?

I might wait for it for its price to drop maybe months or a year from and buy from the gray market instead.The last Note which I truly enjoyed was Note 2 since it has FM.It is only now that Samsung restored its function in the Note series, so to speak. The only thing which I hope they have added is the Dex function.Well, hopefully in their coming iterations, I hope that Samsung and future versions of Android would have the PC function embedded into our devices

The Z Flip is nothing more than a Galaxy S10e that folds. Looked and felt nice, but after a few minutes I wasn't impressed. I might go to mid range budget phones from now on because I am not spending $1000+ flagships with little updates and gimmick functions that I rarely use and willing to live without. Mid range phones have significantly shortened the gap with the performance of the top end flagships. Some gimmicks gone, but makes up for some things even the flagships don't have (eg. Headphone jack, plastic back, larger battery)
