It an overall a nice car made for specific people who wants to be different. I personally love it but for that price I would also go for the Defender or demo Range sport if I were buying within the family

The cost does not make sense, and I think Land Tover RSA has lost the plot on pricing. How can this be close to same price with a Discovery - and also how can a Defender be same or more than a Disco? Unless they are working the Disco out of the offerings, but there is no way a Velar can be same price as X5, GLE, or XC90

I think Velar is for someone who wants a beautiful Range Rover but not wanting a rugged or a beast of performance Rover sport either.

The screen I would b distracted and not happy that the passengers at the back got the temperature buttons than the person whos responsible for the safety got the screen.that turned me off a little. Kinda wish they kept buttons for the temperature atleast.

I definitely agree on it being outrageously over priced given that the are so many alternatives that are just better from the sport, defender,xc 90, x5 . Even if money wasn't a problem the are better options

Hi Sosa, how does eco feature work in a car, I have it in my car but I never used it, I just don’t know it

Its main purpose is to save you fuel. Like it will change gears quicker, not use all the power, minimise the vehicle’s throttle input.

@@SwitchOffSouthAfrica Agreed, Keep it on every day, No need to use sports even if you want to speed up a bit. eco is the best drive mode to use if you are fuel conscious.
