I have no background of this but as I look the comment I come up with Estonia which offers opportunity to start business online - in EEC countries, as EU and others. It means that you are able to start a business which runs online and contract with a company from Switzerland.

What are some good ways to network with the swiss business people? I am from Amsterdam and here the people are easy and mostly open for conversation. Also we have many business events here. All recommendations are very welcome to prepare me for a great first visit and leave a good impression.

When i went to zurich while visiting some old friends in germany, I am very impressed with how the public transportation works and how things are functional in Switzerland. I think it would be more interesting in Lugano, Bern, Basel, Geneva, lausanne but I am plannign to come back switzerland to start a tech related business or some social enterprise to help refugees.

I do not think that there is any chance to start a restaurant in Switzerland unless you are already living there and have a residence Visa. Swiss customers pay high prices for restaurants but are very demanding. So you will have challenges from many sides. Cheers

Many crypto-related businesses use Switzerland as their "offical" country of registraion but work in cheaper countries. You need a Swiss trustee though
