How much mountaineering experience do I need to do this? Because I want to climb my first 4000er next summer and I do want one that involves more than just walking over a glacier like the breithorn

For the ascent with the conditions I had, you should be fine if you have a decent cramponing technique. For the descent, you should be comfortable crossing a glacier. I definitely recommend the Breithorn if it's your first 4000er but the Weissmies isn't much harder
