IMPORTANT UPDATE: a month after making this video the stereo was removed from the vehicle shown and was stored in my garage. It was then installed in another car and used for a few months since the start of summer this year. It is currently stuttering occasionally and stopping the music for seconds at a time. This could be due to faulty wiring, or being installed in a very hot car(i live in the south), but it is having issues nonetheless. TLDR: music occasionally stops and starts back a few seconds later. Could be due to faulty wiring or the temperature of my car, but i felt i should report the issue regardless.

I was about to buy this radio, but I was unsure whether or not it would accept resistive steering wheel control. From the manual you can see that it doesn't accept it. Thanks for the review.

Hello, great video! Are you able to lock the button color lights to a singe color? I love the vintage look but not the color changing. Also, does the audio visualizer work or does it just stay the same?

Yes, you can lock the color. The audio visualizer kind of flickers, but it doesn’t really move up and down.

Yes. It lights up but does not move

Thanks for this video, I've been wanting to buy one and found the same problem you did - almost no info anywhere. Has it been good to you the past couple days?

It has been good. One thing to note though, it clips the first half second of every song that plays. At least on Spotify. It has very little Bluetooth delay, unless you pause it, leave if for a bit, then go to unpause. Then it has about 1.5 second delay. It also makes a buzzing noise while you play anything, but that might just be my antenna. Hope this helps

@@thephilster741 Thanks for the info, pushed me over the edge on buying one. I get a hum/buzz when it's on too, but I don't have an antenna connected. Probably something ground related, who knows. I'll post back in here if I figure it out.

Hiya. What do you mean by buzzing? Is it a big problem, is it annoying when playing quiet music?

@@onlyme436 i wouldn’t say it’s a big deal. You can hear buzzing while listening to music very quietly. Although, I never hear it while casually listening.

Thank you! I bought it off of eBay. I got it for about $20-30. It arrived within a couple days in good condition. No scratches or anything on it.

it turning off your camera when bluetooth is turned on might be from it emitting high frequency blasts for a second, aka emf.

Les voy a dsr mi opinión yo conpre un apartado de estos y les recomiendo que antes de comprarlo pidan que lo prueben por unos 10 minuto porque el aparato calienta tanto que les puede incendiar su carro mi opinion es que no lo conpren ni que se lo regalen ya lo saben
