A lot of effort has been put in in some areas for some state primary schools to be all in Welsh. In fact we had a relative where the teacher wife could not get a job there in the area where the husband worked (island of Anglesey) because she spoke no Welsh. They both moved to England in the end.

Can’t understand a word but that doesn’t stop me thinking you guys are fab! I’m quite fond of listening to singing in Welsh, a very lyrical language. In fact it helps to appreciate the intonation and complexities in any vocal line if you *dont* understand the language as you’re not distracted by the content. Mind you, between you and Calan (cracking Welsh folk group, look em up) I think I might have been convinced to have a bash at learning Welsh. :)
