Physical chip does work, it was tested wrong for that wiku page, because they only tested the damage for normal swings, physical chip only effects sword skills. Physical is a necessary chip for optimal swords though.

just picked up the game.....kinda late i know, but ive been using the sword since ive picked one up and was wanting to know how are you dodging and attacking at the same time without getting hit and do you not use the basic melee attacks at all.

Essentially there is a frame of attack, when you input your attack, you're are able to dodge immediately after attacking with a sword slash and or skill. But yea for the most part I just spam the skills with the pistol weapon art rather than using the normal slashes 👊😎

I've had this game a year and I'm level 213 and I've never been able to get a good build, survive in my own or be able to farm. I just can't do it I dont know why. And to top it of I can never get any good weapons.

Just gotta farm with the right AI and build for your Arfa. Typically building your Arfa as a buff sloot/heal sloot is the best route to go. Aa for a good build, just look at what you want to play, like going destroyer with a mini gun and just pumping continual damage, then build your stats based on the requirements for that type of weapon, and the skills that you'll be using with it. Look at the stats of your special gear, those two extra slots down at the bottom, see if those stats add to your build, or don't really do much for it. Check the bonuses of your weapons as well, as those are very important. As for party members, besides your afra, Asuna is almost a must have, as having two buff sloots makes fights a lot easier, lastly you want a party member that can debuff the enemies, making fights just that much easier. With two healers/buffers and a debuffer, your party members are almost always staying alive, healing you, and helping you kick ass.

So, there isn't a specific area dedicated to mask accessories, but within the white frontier, there is a cliffside where a bunch of bees spawn. There are some facsimiles in the area as well. Though you can farm the bees over and over again by stepping outside of their spawn radius and you can keep farming them. They only drop legendary accessories so it makes it easier to get mask accessories.

That one eye is adorable. Also the dojikiri yatsuna f2 kai and f9 kai are popular atm. They are crit swords with a crap ton of dmg if used right.

Should’ve increased the luck to at least 100-80 range from what knowledge I gained it increases the chance I hit a crit or rate of hitting like a truck so u could get back to back damage crippling numbers on ur opponents plus high legendary item drop rates that are high levels ik this vid is old and u already probably figured this out but this a solid build

Any advice on how to lvl up fast? Im level 105 rn and im planning to just play on extreme and go up the maps occasionally. I use a sniper aswell as pistol+sword and im also a HP/STR build. Any advice?

The best way in my opinion is to max out xp chips on a set of weapons, and accessories for you and your arfy-sys, as well as farming multiplayer missions with those chips; preferably the hardcore co-op missions. If you need any other info just lemme know and I'll try to help out ☺

The normal difficulty behemoth co-op mission is serious stupid for levelling. Find the right level 300 and you can do it in a minute. Add on all the 20% xp chips to you and your arfa-sys and you’ll easily make 22 million xp per run. I went up from 290 to 295 in one run.

Oh man lol this is an old one, I've long since changed up my builds, but for swords I'd say your best bet would be sticking more towards Dexterity, Strength, Agility, and Intellect. Those are the main key factors in having a good sword build. If ya got more questions feel free to ask em and I'll get back to ya as soon as I'm able, enjoy the game though, it's a good one 😎👌

Yo, what's that dodge you use while using sword skills? I've seen the faccimiles do it too, but never knew how to

So basically, in between each hit there is a frame in which you can press your dodge button whether you're on Pc, PlayStation, or Xbox, you press your dodge button after landing a hit or attempting to land a hit, and the dodge should activate in the direction you wish to go. There are specific sword skills you can use that will have the frame in which you can activate a dodge after using them, and some are one offs and won't allow you to dodge after a hit or the attempt of a hit. 1stly, for swords you'll need more luck and less dex. 2ndly, physical DMG is known and confirmed to boost the DMG of sword skills.
