Hi Justen! Sorry. In my 40-ish hours with the game I actually never stumbled across a High Boon potion. In all fairness, I ended up skipping a lot of blue chests as the game progressed. The standard boons seem to work quite well though so this is still worth it until you come across the better ones. Thank you for watching! - David

you can find hi-boon in Trie Modragal Pass in Kurjiez desert (the one blue chest)

Edit 3: Apparently this second chest item is switched between Single Player Mode and Union Multiplayer Mode. I did several tests. If the amulet is in a single player mode, the experience potion is the nightmare level union mode of multiplayer mode. And it also happens in the opposite case.
