Progressive isn’t from Asuna’s point of view, part Aria is but mostly it follows Kirito as well as asuna as a sort of deuteragonist

Just some corrections: 1. Kirito is NOT YET overpowered or overleveled in this story. There's a 3 level gap between him and Asuna (19 and 16 respectively) which is further closed at the end of the floor to only 1 level (20 and 19). Kirito has been seen several times throughout the Progressive arc to be on par with other players, particularly Morte, who almost Duel PKd him. 2. The reason why neither the DKB nor ALS would threaten him is because despite him being solo (or duo with Asuna), he has clout with the neutral players, i.e. Argo and Agil. Agil's guild makes a decent part of the clearing team, while Argo's info gathering is crucial to the clearing team. It would also give the opposing guild moral high ground and just overall make the guld look shittier than they already are. And of course, Asuna would also turn hostile if Kirito was threatened.

I thought it was the opposite for the ALS and DKB. The ALS wanted to split all drops between players as they believed it gave everyone a equal chance to survival but the DKB was about keeping whatever you earned which caused low level players to suffer as it was more likely for high level players to get kill drops. I just watched the movies and this seems like the case but maybe I’m wrong
