Hi, I want to thank you for this guide, because I've been playing this game for a long time but hardly tested sword and greatsword. I decided to play this class in PvP on EU game release, and it was really great that you explained all the nuances of each skill. I think it will help me a lot. The level of detail is so deep that I had to watch the video over several days to remember everything properly. Thank you for your work! It's really awesome.

Looking forward to playing SNS/GS on TnL again, but damn I hate tanking dungeons. Maybe pick up Dagger as a side hustle for GS/Dagger and go DPS for dungeons

Desperate crush is an almost auto knockdown. I built it into my SNS GS rotation for a while as the precursor to death blow or guillotine. It’s not reliant on the opponent being stunned for the knock down like ascending slash is.

Amazing straight to the point guide! After a decade tanking in WoW, this was what I was looking for! Great work 1 question - the passive talents - do they only get "avtice" with the weapon you are using or are they also active regardless of what weapon is used at the moment?

Yo, very nice and detailed videos! Watched a lot of guides and cleary can say u did best comparing to others! Anyway, on few your video u mentioned that is important to use SnS while using counter barrier. Its only about that skill ? I mean , as a SnS/GS player is it ok if I always running with SnS on hands, or its some ways to min/max your damage by swaping them at some point ?

Thanks man! Always have your SNS out as your shield block chance doesn't work as a stat without holding it also have your greatsword out does nothing

Is there any other, less obvious build worth to try? Like sns/longbow, sns/xbow, sns/staff?

SNS/Longbow has prob has the most potential compared to the usual GS/wand/dagger but its definitely off meta

@@Invulnerable-twitch thx for answering! I saw kanons new tier list today with greton and joey and they both said sns/wand is better than sns/gs and that it's not even close. Does sns/gs not struggle with healing? Like if there are 2+ ppl on you how do you heal up in solo pvp if you got davnci and pots for a little heal but I feel like it would struggle if focused on obv with a pocket healer it's different and probably stronger but as solo I'm still leaning more towards sns/wand im just worried it won't do enough dmg

Yes that build is very top tier once you get some gear

You can play without it yes but you get more damage with it because of the spectrum of agony passive so i would always run it
