2 things to keep in mind: 1) the "no NRG restored" debuff that he gets when using Riches to Ashes is completely negated if you use Fancy Hat as his Trinket. And 2) the tower of adversity is coming very soon. Leaks have already begun, and its looking like one of the boss levels will be Specifically catered towards Acambe. So anyone who grabs him will have a distinct advantage there. But absolutely any F2P just skip, hes cool and powerful, but not necessary, and needs Alot to really shine. And anyone summoning, Good Luck!

He is an okay unit, and have a very high potential. turn 1 : summons 2 turn 2 : summons 2, act again, summons 3 skill turn 3 : greeds leads to riches, act again, secret signal If successful you get a 7x attack, for the price of 3 turns, 10+ NRG and 2 act again. That's why you need to build the team around him if you want to max his potential.

He’s absolutely tier 0 for real time PvP and PvP in general but most people won’t really be playing that, so he’s definitely not someone most people should go for. I love his design and his kit so I’ll definitely go for him though haha

Without knowing I got Innana and Cocoa so this guy is a must pull for me, I think I'm skipping August since he needs Homa to works decently and I heard that he get powercrept by Tristan later on so...

Auguste does get power crept by Tristan to an extent. He is definittly the easier skip of him and saffiyah. Getting all of them will have you sitting good until Tair releases.

I’ll never understand this. August is a sustained DPS with self shielding and self sustain with feast axe. Physical damage breaker. Tristan is a burst magic damage destroyer. She also requires signature equipment to work her best. The only thing they have in common is that are both union and damage units. I guess I’ll have to see it for myself later on.

​@@jayellgee Auguste is called short legs on the Chinese server. Basically, the only way to reach enemies is to use march/maneuver command or Homa's buff. If you can't reach enemies, your dps is effectively 0. The same thing can be said about his shield ability. Using it sucks up one of his turns which he should be using to deal damage. It's good to use on maps during turns he can't attack anything, but otherwise is a dps loss in tower of adversity (You get better ranking if you clear faster). He is still a very good unit, but has his shortcomings. Since shards are significantly more scarce on the global server and he's heavily dependant on having a couple of dupes, people are starting to consider skipping him.

​@@jayellgeesimpler answer? all DPS is going to get Power creeped easier in the future. every game always doing this, release new units that little bit better than older units because they want to sell good. Tristan is new compared to Auguste. Tristan kit is more easier to reach enemy and always dealing dmg.

A lot of Edda's skills also have 4 turn cool down, so I think she'll benefit a lot from his aura.

yea, could pair well with using her and Simona as Acambe can pull the enemies all together and then Simona freeze them in there place with Edda increasing magic damage.

Might throw 20 pull on him, cause I have Cocoa, Inana, Edea and Simona, even Beryl. Might even consider getting at least 1 cornucopia weapon for him

He totaly is not f2p... :) .. just because you just need so much other units, he is not solo force like some other chars. I pulled him, knowing that 2 week or so maby I need to pay some 100$ to get Saf-aug / etc.

I have spent about $100 on the game and will get everything quite easily but I got really lucky with my Simona and Cocoa.

you can farm those and it does not take long to get to 3 stars. His biggest P2W thing is he wants Inanna and the Staff of Cornucopia to be at his best. Plus Saffiyah and Cocoa are wanted as well.

Dupe isn't p2w bro, u can farm it like 3 month for full dupe, or 1 month for 3 star (which what Acambe only need) What makes acambe P2W is u need Taair and must have Inana And having BP weapon help much but no needed if u bring NRG battery like Taair or candlelight

Are the summons using MATK or PATK? Are they affected by talents?

They use MATK. They are affected by Acambe's stats so indirectly yes they are.
