You can for a few hundred bucks buy a small air tank that you can fill with a bike pump if needed & it gives you around 25 breaths. Perfect for clearing a fouled wheel.

Linda,,,,please get rid of Dave,,he is just a bunch of problems,,,always running his mouth,,l thought you considered him a friend 😮 then just tell everyone before you go back out,,get a small rubber raft about 10 feet and tell them to be sure they want to do this job and if they get out there and change their mind they will get off your boat into the rubber raft and go back on their own....
