Tributing or make your LP lower than your opponent. Very vulnerable to Underworld Goddess. Nibiru's tribute counts as an effect yet Rikka Konkon allows you to.

Attack him with a lower attack level monster so your life points drop lower than your opponents then he becomes vulnerable to card effects.

It's only immune to activated effects. Effects like Dark Magic Circle and Scareclaw Kashtira can easily take it out (God I hate those two decks)
