I had a sworkz start of the year! I love them both, very fast with lots of steering. I have just bought a tekno 2.1 as they drive so much more easy. In NZ the sworkz are 1k so that's around 500usd should buy from here

have you heard of anyone fitting a modern Bruggy body on this? I currently race an HB E8T Evo3 and like what I see on what SWorkz is doing different, only deal breaker is if there is no compatibility for a Bruggy body
@stonejss7272 жыл бұрын
I seen a picture of an sworkz team driver that had a bruggy top on his truggy, but couldn’t find anything on how…I plan on figuring it out this spring…I’ll make a video when I do
@billdelong2 жыл бұрын
@@stonejss727 Appreciate it... just wasn't sure if there where pre-drilled holes in the front shock tower close to the gear box to fit the body mounts like there are on the HB front tower which make it easy to fit the Bruggy body on it

How is the driveability of T2E? How does it feel to drive this model on track (is it light, nimble or heavy)? And in general your opinion on this model (positive or some negativity)? What is max battery length you can put in that tray? Thanks in advance for your answer;)
@stonejss727 Жыл бұрын
Max battery is 50mm wide/ 150mm long.. that would be a tight fit…….the kit is extremely durable… the materials they use are excellent… I haven’t had any breaks and I have over 30 packs through it… I would say it feels light compared to other kits I’ve driven ….. sworkz are definitely my favorite kits

Do you like it over the E8t? Sworks is kinda hard to get parts for. I’m on team wrc and debating if I should crack open my hb E8t or wait for the wrc rtx. It’s pillow ball, center braces go to chassis to allow car ride lower.
@stonejss727 Жыл бұрын
Yes I like the sworkz over the HB… the HB drove excellent the only thing I had problems with was the front universals bending on hard crashes due to the front arms being so flexible… other than that it’s an awesome truck… basically wanted to try something different that’s why went with sworkz.. it was a leap of faith but it worked out so far… I’m not a pro racer just drive with my brother on our personal track… the WRC looks like it could be really nice… I might even try it in the future…I like trying new things. You can get swords from rc1-racing, and beach rc now… between the two it’s been ok with parts ….plus the sworkz are super tough, I’m not pushing you one way or another but as of now I’m an sworkz guy, but who knows on the future..let me know what you choose I’m interested in hearing about the wrc

@@stonejss727 I took the E8t out this weekend at the track. A. It held up to a couple cartwheels haha. I really enjoyed driving it. Steering is a little twitchy but so were my inputs. The front tends to dive going if jumps unless you really punch it and the back end is tail happy, but could of been me haha

Awesome truck! Do you have a current review or opinion after running it this summer? I have an et48 2.0 and Im very interested in this truck if it performs and holds up to what you originally thought. Thank you
@stonejss7272 жыл бұрын
I have about 30 packs through it… never broke one thing, I do maintain the truck properly though…the ware characteristics of the truck are amazing …the outdrives, universal pins where they meet the outdrives , center drive line all are in excellent condition barely any ware… The only thing I replaced is a rear universal because I had a terrible crash and it bent and I didn’t feel like bending it back….. I haven’t driven the new tekno, I’ve heard there pretty nice….I love all my sworkz kits I’ll probably keep them forever even if I get bored and try something else… there the best cars I’ve ever had….the only thing that might be tough for you is switching to a pillow ball front end..they drive different
@sitapp Жыл бұрын
Do you prefer the sworkz over the hb? I’m currently running the tekno but just want to try something else, tekno has been really good! Very durable and nice to drive just I like to experiment. Thanks
@stonejss727 Жыл бұрын
Yes… the sworkz drives different cause of the pillow ball front end…but I definitely like it better than any other kit I’ve driven… the sworkz are also the most durable kits I’ve owned…I have the buggy too.. the wear characteristics excellent… over 30 packs through and the metals have barely wear, arms are still solid… I’ve been nothing but impressed with them

@stonejss7272 жыл бұрын
I have some video of it on my track… just been really busy…I have about 15 or so packs through it and everything has very little wear showing, I’m not the best driver I’ve had some terrible crashes and nothing has broken….it’s the toughest truggy I’ve ever had…I’ve had several other brands as well there all pretty good, but I’m very happy I took the chance with sworkz… I now have the 1/8th truggy, buggy, and 1/10th buggy all with no brakes so far
