There is one wrong information in this video regarding taxation. Tax would be charged on capital gain only, not on Rs.72000/ - received during the year. Moreover, when capital gain exceeds Rs. 1 lakh now Rs.1.25 Lakh tax is payable on excess amount of Capital gain of Rs.1 lakh or Rs.1.25 lakh as the case may be. I think that the video needs be rectified.

Exit load is a fee charged by the mutual fund houses if investors exit a scheme partially or fully within a certain period from the date of investment, basically Fund mein se time se pehle Exit karni ki Penalty

Sorry to say in SWP withdrawal of 7% to 8% is very high and dangerous . The withdrawal ideally should not be more than 5%. As returns in mutual funds are not fixed. And at times due to high withdrawal it could even finish your deposit
