Thank you Gil Shaham, and the SWR Symphony Orchestra under Nicholas McGegan for an exhilerating and moving interpretation of both the first, and fith violin concertos of Wofgang Amadeus Mozart. I hope the second, third and fourth concertos will follow! As a layperson, I can can not analyse the musicality and craftsmanship that has led to this extraordinary performance, but express only what my heart tells me.
