Another chapter finished... I can't wait for the next video. ^_^ Fluffy, thanks for sharing this, and I liked your decisions as always, you and I seem to get (almost all the time) the same choices and make the same decisions in game! :p

No matter how I play the Agent class, I can't bring myself to continue to serve the Empire. After the all the mind control and back stabbing I just wanted to be free.

Ironic. The Republic treats you a lot worse than the Empire ever did. The programming was a plot from jealous Sith lords, not something Intelligence has imagined for you. Keeper (the old one) had to agree, or else he would have been assassinated. Everyone knows the Empire is a hard place with a lot of competition and you, as Agent, became very powerful and menacing, so there is always a price to pay. (And, depending on your choices at the end of Chapter 1, you possibly killed millions of Imperial citizens and destroyed members of the Dark Council - not many people survive this). I, for one, was not shocked by what I saw inside the Empire - but I was shocked to discover the cruelty, hypocrisy and treachery of the Republic. The Empire at least is honest. You have to fight your way in it. The Republic just wants you to feel safe then just f**** you in the worst ways imaginable.

1:43 First the plainly visible LIGHTSABER, and now this! How Ardun Kothe made Republic Spymaster is beyond me, because he's clearly an idiot at concealing his background.

It's the same with Emperor's Childrem in the Consular story, if you don't know you are a sleeper agent from the Emperor himself, why do you have a lightsaber?

I like to think I have a good ear to voices and voice actors but took me a while to realize why Hunters voice sounded so familiar.. I think he has the same voice as Kolyat Krios in the Mass Effect series! Anyone agree?

FluffyNinjaLlama, I noticed u told Watcher X to push past ur limits, what does that mean? Is Cipher 9 tougher?

My agent started a career in Intelligence because it seemed exciting: Travel, get the girls, serve the Empire... Then right after he started he found out that the people running the show, the Sith, were mad - bat shit crazy. Then the Imps reprogrammed his brain and sold his secret command keyword to the Pubs. Now he just wants out. Definitely away from the Sith. Maybe he would join the Pubs, to protect the galaxy from the crazy Sith, maybe he would just want to go hide out on Nar Shaddaa. If I ever do this again, I am definitely allowing Watcher X to live.

I didn't mind setting Watcher X free... He wasn't really an enemy to me, and I appreciate working with a person who knows what he is doing every once in a while...I hope I meet him again someday for a job or two against the imperial intelligence. I'm sure he can't resist a little action of vengeance. And as and agent of the ascendancy I'm authorized to act as ever as I think is suitable. With the brainwashing they really caught me off guard but I guess they didn't break through my embedded mental blockade for "discrete intel". Otherwise they would have acted differently...still, the Chiss Intelligence is currently varifying how much intel the actually gained from me. Anyway, I will admitt that they work efficiently and rather careful in that matter but this dann Sith ... Sry emotions aren't professionell nor helpful while working...I think the imperial intelligence would be capable of more things if they weren't pulled in in Sith power struggles and have more people ruling over them who can be reasoned with. The ascendancy don't mind if one or two Sith disappear to nowhere, since they often enough interfere with our missions. (OOC I diceded to destroy these Bio-tech orital weapons, rather then kill a single Sith, since bodies aren't just numbers in casualty reports Futher I killed a few SIS Agents, since I don't need a third party to interfere with my plans...and killed Moth for using my conditioning against me...and I enforced the CEDF on Both as much as I could...to be continued)

Being an Agent is a serious business, not "travelling, getting the girls, being a hero" stuff. Your character was pretty much an idiot. The Empire is never to be trifled with, and being an Agent, even Republic side, is always something quite sickening sometimes. You do dirty jobs, you are all about lies and betrayal. It's no summer camp. + the Pubs used you just the same as the Imperials that want you dead (+ it's not "the Empire" that betrayed you, it's just SOME people in the Empire that want you dead, and giving how dangerous you are to them - no spoilers - , it's pretty much understandable). The Republic never trusted you and wanted you as a blind, disposable slave. If you want to work for them after that, and after having become one of the most powerful and respected people in the Empire, then you're not so clever. P.S : Watcher X do not care about the player. He implanted stuff in the Agent's brain. He is one of the most backstabbing and dangerous people you seek to escape.

To corroborate +Loxias' point, at least the Keeper (formerly Watcher Two) allows Cipher Nine to take 2 days off to remember who she really is. 2 days' _vacation_ off of all that grueling spywork.

when you said, "push me past my limits" at 6:13, does it affect any part of the story?
@random38578 жыл бұрын
Even if it doesn't give a perk or something the placebo effect will make you feel more powerful. That's all you need.

Does programming assassination commands or limit break commands into yourself comes into play again later in the game?

I somewhat like your character. She has a good morality... well somewhat good. Which is still good. (^:

6:13 - Not to smart. Forcing your body to go on when it can't. Physical problems can occur. And you should have killed the Jedi, allowing him to die when he still is more light than dark. Not only that but his Death scene is pretty awesome. Still hate him though.

You made the right choice in sparing Kothe.
@pendrake4012 жыл бұрын
1. The Light choice to spare Ardun Kothe here, to me, was a rather weak scene, but you are rewarded for it in Chapter 3, twice. 2. Conversely, the Dark choice to kill Ardun Kothe results in a pretty good death scene for Kothe. But the trade-off is that you get two VERY weak scenes in Chapter 3. So weak, I am certain they are NOT canon. 3. In retrospect, had I known when I played through, I would have spared Kothe as well, despite my Dark tendencies. Thanks for uploading, FluffyNinjaLlama.

pendrake40 I know, I'm a few years too late, but according to Wookieepedia in EU, the canon option is to kill Ardun

Everytime I play my Imperial Agent, I call her Hawke. Is that bad?
