It appears to me like the romance is somehow buggy. My Jedi shadow never flirted with anyone else but Lana, always used the flirt option when available but during the last Arcann fight Koth showed up instead of Lana => No more romance option available during the Cantina scene. I am so pissed, the entire character was just for a Lana playthrough. Damn.
