Current Bis gear is :344 and is found in PVE (Lame) Conquest gear gets you to 340. Gear from only doing PVP gets you to 336. Once you have WZ accelerants stacked up you can use those if you want. Conquest gear has worse stats then the people PVP gear, but it’s not worth loosing sleep over if you’re 340 and augged.

PvE gear is nearly all fixed to the point the only gain they ever get is endurance. While stats may look different, stims, datacrons, augments all vary and there's a certain amount of stat points you have to work with. There are rare occurrences they'll have more & for the most part they only gain some endurance but lose a lot in damage stats like mastery and power. If there's ever a big difference post on forums showing it, or personally reporting it via /bug. Nearly all of the issues since 7.0 have been resolved with stat sync, oddly enough, more pressing issues but I am glad this is easily fixed for them. (Augments are a must, go for purple or none, blues are still bugged and giving less stats than they're suppose to.) As for min-maxing, 5% accuracy is only suggested on heavy white damage classes or simply preference as they work just as well without accuracy. Prefence example classes are Vengeance and Advanced prototype, while classes that feel its nearly mandatory are Arsenal, Carnage, & Marksmanship. I have a video covering all the critical DR's and other information per spec but typically only 2 DPS classes will ever want to hit 5000 critical, most will cap around 4600-4800. Few specs will be okay with 3300-3600. In general proper stats will matter a lot and when it comes to fine tuning, there's plenty information out there. Companion buffs account for 1% Accuracy, 1% Healing taken and a few other buffs not listing it all as those are the main two, get those out of the way. You are at a major stat disadvantage without them, missing datacrons is fine, this one not so much. Datacrons are a major addition to your overall stats and will take quite some time to complete. Depending on spec you play the matchups differently, even more so when it's healing and tank matches. It's not always just so simple. But lets say you're playing dots and the enemy healer doesn't have a purge for your dots, while the enemy is also melee. Hitting the healer here to cleave their team isn't a terrible idea, including controlling them the whole time you're on them, you would still want to pressure a dps as they get low but typically controlling healer and getting more output now is far more important. Typically, the matches all resolve around who can control more and put out more damage. When it comes to just 4 DPS matches it's all about mitigation, team support and simply outlasting rather than being better than the enemy players. Durability is king in 4 DPS assuming you're still an asset when it comes to damage. Don't try to gear tank wise as a DPS it doesn't help. When it comes to cooldown management, I have a literal feature length video explaining defensive cooldowns per class and how to use them per class. I do not mean to self promote in anyway, but rather wish to help. It takes time to learn, there's a lot to learn and there's a lot of information out there. When I started there was little to no information and most of it did end up getting outdated quickly as patch cycles were more frequent back then. Feel free to remove this if you don't like it noble, I know that it seems like self promo in a way, but I by no means want that. I simply want to help and as an area of expertise I would love to see players take the initiative to learn.

i ll left a coment For new players about how did i a get a gear. So, i recomend to buy 1 green gear 324 for Conquest Commendations. Then upgrage it to 340. After that go to Master Flashpoint. If u have 340 green gear ( for example helmet) u will receive 340 blue helmet from boss. Then u need to deconstruct it after taking Hyde and Zeek mission on fleet ( in supplies vendor ). Now u can create 340 blue gear. So u dont need to grind for a long time and upgrade all green gear to 340.
